Our products are produced to exacting product quality standards and are available in liquid or frozen form in pails, totes or tankers. We break more than 7 million eggs weekly and blend them according to our customers needs.

Gray has a long and successful history as one of the foremost egg producing, egg grading and innovative egg marketing organizations in Canada. The company markets a variety of shell egg products from the Classic White egg to the recently introduced Omega Choice Lutein shell egg and a line of liquid egg white products for home use.
